Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange once the return is inspected.
